带式输送机的Fuzzy-PID调速节能分析与验证

Energy saving analysis and verification of fuzzy -PID speed regulation of belt conveyor

摘要: 为使带式输送机工作在最佳状态,实现带式输送机的节能运行,通过对胶带运输系统的力学分析,得到了影响带式输送机功率的因素。针对带式输送机非线性、时变性的特点,利用模拟的带式输送机实验装置,采用Fuzzy-PID理论设计带式输送机的控制系统,根据煤料的填充率,实现对带式输送机带速的调节,并利用上位机软件FactoryTalk View进行实时监控。结果表明,该系统可根据煤料的填充率调节带式输送机的带速,节能效果明显。

Abstract: Belt conveyor is an important equipment of coal transport. In this paper, through the analysis of the mechanical analysis of the adhesive tape transport system, the factors that affect the power of the belt conveyor are obtained. According to the characteristics of nonlinear, time-varying belt conveyor, belt conveyor simulation device by using fuzzy -PID control system design theory of belt conveyor, according to the filling rate of coal, realize the speed regulation of conveyor belt, and real-time monitoring by PC software FactoryTalk View. The results show that the system can adjust the belt speed of the belt conveyor according to the filling rate of coal, and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
